Here are the latest Cecil County market statistics. This report is for Cecil County real estate sales in April, 2008. I will post the market statistics for May as soon as they are made available.

Cecil County Market Statistics

April’s market statistics are better than March’s, but there are still too many Ceil County homes on the market. It will take awhile to sell all of the current homes on the market. The Spring market has arrived and things did not improve as well as I thought they would. I think the negative press on the economy and real estate market are not helping. There are a lot of good homes at decent prices on the market in Cecil County right now.
